For local and imported products: Shipping is FREE for all orders worth ₱999 and above for Metro Manila and ₱1500 and above Nationwide. You may select your item and proceed to “Check Out” page as charges are based on location. Upon entering your delivery details, the site will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address, but mostly for orders that did not reach the minimum to avail free shipping, fee is ₱99 for Metro Manila and ₱149 Nationwide.

In general, we need 1 to 2 business days to prepare your order, excluding weekends and public holidays; however, if the payment is received before 9:00 AM on the day you placed your order, your order will be processed within 24 hours.

For local and imported products: The standard courier delivery time frame is 1-3 working days within Metro Manila and 3-5 working days for Provinces. For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates.

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

BAYREP has no control over such possibility of paying duties and/or taxes when the goods enter your country. BAYREP is not responsible for any customs costs incurred. The receiver must pay the duties and/or taxes due on the package.

Each country has its own customs laws and the duties for different types of goods and values are set locally. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what the additional costs will be prior to buying.

For the items shipped to the Philippines, items valued at ₱10,000 and below are NOT taxable.

There are no additional charges for redelivery up to two times. It is chargeable on the third attempt onwards.
