1. Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

  • No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time.
  • However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

2. How do I create an account?

  • Please click on “My Account” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

3. How do I order?

  • Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

Note: Once we receive your order,  we will process it within 24 hours. Reservation is valid up to 24 hrs only from placement of order. Please settle your  order within this period to avoid automatic cancellation of your reservation.

4. I have problems adding items to my shopping cart

  • You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

5. How do I pay for my orders?

  • We accept payments via Paypal, Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, and Money Remittances like Palawan Express, LBC, G-Cash, Cebuana Lhuillier, and Western Union.

6. Can I amend and cancel my order?

  • Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

7. I have a discount code, how can I use it?

  • You can add your coupon code in your Shopping “Cart” or “Checkout” page and click apply. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the coupon code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

8. How will I know if my order is confirmed?

  • After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your payment has been confirmed and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

9. Where do your items come from?

  • We have products that are manufactured in the Philippines and some are imported from Japan, Korea, China, and Thailand.

10. I want to visit your store. Do you have a physical store?

  • Our enterprise is registered to operate online and we focus on E-commerce platform, so we only sell our products online to people all over the world.

Remittance

One of the easiest ways is to pay via Remittance Center. You may go to one of the money remittance centers listed here. The payee information will be detailed in the email notification you’ll get once your order is placed.

Please bring at least one (1) valid ID to be able to transact at any of the Remittance Centers listed above. IMPORTANT NOTES: After the payment is made, please scan your payment slip and send it to bayrepenterprise@gmail.com for verification. Your order won’t be shipped until the payment is verified.

Bank Transfer

Bank Transfer, you can opt to deposit your payment to our BPI bank account. The bank account information will be detailed in the email notification you’ll get once your order is placed.

1. What are the shipping charges like?

  • For local and imported products: Shipping is FREE for all orders worth ₱999 and above for Metro Manila and ₱1500 and above Nationwide. You may select your item and proceed to “Check Out” page as charges are based on location. Upon entering your delivery details, the site will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address, but mostly for orders that did not reach the minimum to avail free shipping, fee is ₱99 for Metro Manila and ₱149 Nationwide.

2. When will my order be processed?

  • In general, we need 1 to 2 business days to prepare your order, excluding weekends and public holidays; however, if the payment is received before 9:00 AM on the day you placed your order, your order will be processed within 24 hours.

3. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

  • For local and imported products: The standard courier delivery time frame is 1-3 working days within Metro Manila and 3-5 working days for Provinces. For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates.
  • For products sold by international suppliers:
    • DPEX or TOLL: 5-7 business days
    • DHL: 3-5 business days
    • EMS: 5-10 business days

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

6. Do I need to pay for duties and taxes when I receive my order?

  • BAYREP has no control over such possibility of paying duties and/or taxes when the goods enter your country. BAYREP is not responsible for any customs costs incurred. The receiver must pay the duties and/or taxes due on the package.
  • Each country has its own customs laws and the duties for different types of goods and values are set locally. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what the additional costs will be prior to buying.
  • For the items shipped to the Philippines, items valued at ₱10,000 and below are NOT taxable.

7. There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?

  • We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. Please open ticket for support or contact our Customer Service Team at support@bayrepenterprise.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

8. I’ve received a defective item, what should I do?

  • We apologize if you had received a defective item from us. Please open ticket for support or contact our Customer Service Team at support@bayrepenterprise.com with a snapshot of the product and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

10. I’ve purchased the wrong size or color

  • We do not provide exchanges for size or color. We do however, accept returns for products purchased from us. You can refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy here and its procedures. Please open ticket for support.

11. I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

  • You may check the status of your parcel via “Track your order” to find out why it might have been delayed. Alternatively, you may drop us an email at support@bayrepenterprise.com or open ticket for support and we will assist you further.

12. Will there be an additional charge for redelivery?

  • There are no additional charges for redelivery up to two times. It is chargeable on the third attempt onwards.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items within (7) days if the following conditions are met:

  • Purchased item should be returned within 7 days upon receipt
  • It must be in its original packaging with product tag intact
  • It must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • Original receipt would need to be included

If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
